We may still be able to help if what you need doesn’t fit into our official services. In that conversation, we’ll compile a quote for the related service.

How Many Updates to Completed Projects May I Request as a Client?
WordWoven provides an infinite number of edits for all of its Official Writing Services. While our Official Marketing Services have more stringent guidelines as to when further work may be completed on projects without warranting further invoicing, we seldom receive requests for more work on these projects given our thoroughness and attention to detail.
What's Included in the Free Audits that Come With Your SEO and PPC Services Consultations?
When you enter a contract with WordWoven for any marketing or writing project, we’ll agree upon project deliverables before beginning. In the event you request any additional steps or items as a client after establishing the first set of deliverables, you’ll be notified of any resulting changes in pricing before we begin working on additional deliverables, and we will only complete additional project steps that require further invoicing upon your request.
How Can I Monitor Progress Made Toward Deliverables as a Client?
As part of your client contract, we’ll include customized terms and conditions tailored to suit your needs, including an established basis and frequency with which we’ll provide project updates on progress made toward relevant milestones.
What's Your Client Onboarding Process?
When you enter a contract with WordWoven for any marketing or writing project, we’ll agree upon project deliverables before beginning and include those in the contract. In the event you request any additional steps or items as a client after establishing the first set of deliverables, you’ll be notified of any resulting changes in pricing before we begin working on additional deliverables, and we will only complete additional project steps that require further invoicing upon your request. Pricing-wise, if a client is a non-profit officially registered as a 501(c)(3), projects may be completed on a sliding fee scale. However, proof of 501(c)(3) status must be given to qualify for a sliding fee scale.
How Long Has WordWoven Been in Business?
WordWoven was founded in May 2022, making it brand new. However, each of the members on our executive team has more than a decade of experience completing content-driven projects on some of the world’s most reputable platforms. Where is WordWoven Headquartered? Do You Have a Brick-and-Mortar Location?
WordWoven is currently headquartered in Herriman, Utah. We will relocate our headquarters to the Melbourne-Viera area of Florida in July 2022.
How Long Are the Free Consultations, and what Do They Include?
Our free consultations last up to 1 hour, but can be shorter depending on your preferences. These discovery calls include gathering information on your needs and offering an effective strategy or blueprint for meeting your objectives.
